Hope amidst darkness in a troubled Zimbabwe
Featuring guests Dakarayi Matanga, Executive Director of ZIMCODD (Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development), Isaac Mutasa, Chairman of MDC-Sweden (Movement for Democratic Change).
Join us for an evening of discussion on the topic of Zimbabwe’s current political and humanitarian crisis, the steps that must be taken in order to restore democracy and prosperity in the currently distressed region, and what Sweden and the EU can do to help.
Dakarayi Matanga, Executive Director of ZIMCODD, will discuss contemporary issues in Zimbabwe from an economic, social and political perspective. It is generally an update of the situation from ground level, on the ongoing political negotiations. Our second guest, Isaac Mutasa, will discuss his organisation’s role in Sweden, and the world at large.
