Autumn meeting

The Association of International Affairs cordially invites you to this year’s autumn meeting. This meeting, together with the association’s annual meeting in the beginning of each year, constitutes the regular member meetings. Among other topics that will be dealt with at this meeting, there will be a by-election to the Board of UF Stockholm.
Stand for election to the board
At the meeting, all members can stand for election to the vacant posts. If you know in advance that you want to stand for election to the Board, you should contact the Nominating Committee at valberedning(at)ufstockholm.se. Membership can be acquired at the meeting.
Motions
The meeting will also decide on received motions. Motions must be received no later than three weeks before the meeting and sent to info(at)ufstockholm.se. Meeting documents will be available on the website two weeks before the meeting. To be entitled to vote you are required to be a member of the association and have paid the membership within twenty one (21) days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
