Conflict Prevention in Practice
Tuesday, November 22 at 17.30-20.00, room E306, Stockholm University
Do you want to learn how to approach and handle a conflict situation in practice? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! We welcome Sofie Karlsson, Programme Officer at Folke Bernadotte Academy, who will lead a workshop in Conflict Prevention. Using case based scenarios, the participants will be exposed to an international warlike, fictitious, conflict situation, based on real life scenarios. The main purpose of the exercise is to learn how to handle, and solve similar types of situations in the field.
This is a golden opportunity to gain insights in how Conflict Prevention is managed, as well as gaining applicable tools for your future professional career.
Since there is a limited number of participants for this workshop, the spots available will be appointed on a first come, first serve basis. Please e-mail info(at)ufstockholm.se to register.
The workshop will be in English and coffee/sandwiches will be served during the evening.
This seminar is for UF member’s only.
