Working with women in war
Wednesday, December 7, at 19.00, Café Bojan, Stockholm UniversityWhen discussing sexual violence in war focus is primarily on survivors and offenders. But there are other actors involved. In the short film Women’s War we make acquaintance with Esther and Mira, two women who fight for the same cause – to help raped women rebuild their life. Esther lives and works in the acute situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mira in Bosnia-Herzergovina with the scars that still remain from the war in Bosnia in the1990s.
