Annual Meeting
Tuesday, February 7 at 18.00 in Nordenskiöldsalen, floor 3 house U, Stockholm UniversityThe Stockholm Association of International Affairs are cordially inviting you to our Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is together with the Autumn Meeting the Association’s highest decision making body, in which all members who have paid the membership fee twenty-one (21) days before the date of the meeting, are entitled to vote. The meeting is of course open to all, and membership can be solved on the spot if desired.

The meeting will address the annual and financial reports of the leaving Board. It will also be decided upon if the leaving Board receives freedom from responsibility, and the membership fee, operational plan and budget for the coming year will be determined. In addition, the number of members in the incoming Board will be settled.
The meeting will also decide on received motions. Motions must be received no later than 3 weeks before the meeting and sent to info(at)ufstockholm.se. Meeting documents will be available an the website no late than two weeks before the meeting.
A new chairman, auditor and all the new directors will be elected during the meeting. All members can candidate for the vacant posts at the meeting. If you know in advance that you want to stand for election to the Board, you should contact the Nominating Committee at valberedning(at)ufstockholm.se. More information on the various board assignments will be posted on the website soon. It is also possible to contact the members of the board directly and we will answer all the questions you might have. There is no problem to candidate to the Board if you don’t speak Swedish, but you should have in mind that the mandate is for the entire year.
The meeting and all the documents for the meeting will be in Swedish, but we will arrange an English corner for non-Swedish speakers. However, it is perfectly okey to adress the meeting in English, is desired.
