The 19th and 20th of March Development Days are taking place at Södertörn, a yearly event with labour market focus for development and international cooperation.
During the days you can experience lectures with Hans Rosling, Margareta Winberg, Bitte Hammargren, SIDA, Greenpeace, etc., and seminars with the World Bank and the Foreign Ministry of Sweden, among others. There will also be workshops with Falling whistles, Global Challenge (Global utmaning) and debates held by the magazine Omvärlden.

Greeting everyone!
The autumn semester is now formally over and the next event is January 25th, 2013. So this is us, the board of UF Stockholm wishing you happy holidays, signing out until next year. The autumn has been great with a lot of new members, commited old ones and a bunch of great events!
Looking forward to seeing you all next year, let’s make it as good as this one, or why not even better?

Obama or Romney? – Find out at our Election Night Watch November 6th!
Join UF for the political event of the year – the American presidential election!
We’ll start off with a seminar about the election and the electoral process in the USA. Then we’ll move to Bojan where there will be snacks, drinks and a election live stream that we can follow. The bar will be open until midnight but the party continues all night, until the final results are revealed in the wee hours of the morning! Play beer pong, compete for great prizes in our quizzes, and discuss US politics until you drop.
