The bilateral relationship between China and The United States is one of the most important of the 21st century. Its complex nature is characterized by, on the one hand, differing views on e.g. human rights and Taiwan and, on the other hand, their mutal interests on the market.
Africa has for decades been an interesting partner for many countries because of their richness in resources. China and The United States is not an exception, which has resulted in a power-struggle between the both superpowers about who should be the major player in Africa.

The seminar will be held in english. It is free for all members, none-members pay a 20 kr entrence fee.
